The McLennan County Democratic Party will be hosting, Julie Oliver, two time Democratic candidate for Congress and Founder of Ground Game Texas, on April 20 at 6:00pm at Poppa Rollos at 703 North Valley Mills Drive in Waco.
Julie is the first of several distinguished guests that we will bring to McLennan County. Julie is the founder and Executive Director of Ground Game Texas, which seeks to organize and mobilize voters, community-by-community by collaborating with partners on the ground to meet voters at their doors, hear their concerns, and highlight popular issues that are on the ballot.
Julie Oliver will not give up and neither will we. She knows the value and power of organizing and mobilizing voters on the local level. She has put her experience to work with Ground Game Texas and she is coming to share it with us. I hope all of you will attend.
