2026 STATE CONVENTION INFORMATION

 FEBRUARY 6 to 8, 2026

This election cycle, more than ever, TDW needs to help elect Democratic Women throughout the state of Texas. A big step toward achieving this goal is a successful convention! Begin planning now to attend and encourage other members to do so too.

IMPORTANT Convention DEADLINES

December 31, 2025 – Submitting Star Awards for Chapter Members (As you see people working hard for Democratic Candidates, think about acknowledging their hard work with a Star Award which will feature a picture of them and a bio in our program and will award them a certificate and pin.) Submissions should be sent to me at caroljablonski@att.net.

January 15, 2026 – Last Day for:

Reserving rooms at reduced rates. Rooms can be reserved NOW at https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1747951173450&key=GRP&guestreslink2=true&app=resvlink  Rates are $149 at the Austin Marriot South and $139 (which includes breakfast) at the Springhill Suites Austin South. If you book at the Springhill Suites, you will need to walk across a fairly large parking lot to attend the convention events to be held at the Austin Marriott South.

Last Day for Early Bird Convention Registration Fees and Deadline for Special Meals will be provided shortly.
